Game Center is an Apple service that is operated by Apple, Inc. Authentication to Game Center is handled by Apple. ACME Works, LLC does not operate a separate login system for our games and does not receive or store you Apple Account password or other Apple Account authentication credentials.
When you use Game Center, Apple may process information associated with your Game Center activity, including games played, game activity, scores, acheivements, and other information associated with your Game Center profile. Apple uses this information to provide and improve Game Center features.
Game Center leaderboards allow players to compare scores with other Game Center users. Depending on Apple's Game Center settings and the player's choices, a Game Center nickname, avatar, scores, achievements, and other Game Center activity may be visible to friends or other Game Center users.
ACME Works, LLC does not control Apple's collection or use of information through Game Center.
